We’re currently recruiting Japanese speaking IT Support Engineers in Germany.
Job Description
- IT Support Engineer in permanent employment with a Japanese IT service provider
- 1st / 2nd / 3rd line support for a Japanese business customer in Frankfurt (approx. 60 employees)
- Regular onsite support (currently planned: 2 times a week)
- Administration and maintenance of our customer’s complete IT environment including network and server
- Regular system checks and maintenance (onsite and remote)
- Setting up and delivering new devices (PCs, servers, mobile devices, network and security devices, etc.)
- PC roll-outs
- Remote support and onsite support for multiple other customers
- Collaboration in projects
- Coordination and implementation of projects, roll-outs, etc.
- Ensure fast response times and high quality in the support/help desk
- Create and update documentation
- Reporting internally and externally
- Instructing and coordinating other technicians
- Work either in the home office or on site at the customer’s premises
Requirements
- Very good technical expertise and experience, especially in the areas of Windows clients and servers in the business environment
- Very good expertise and experience in the areas of network and more generally in the field of office IT
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT Support / Helpdesk
- Ideally work experience with an IT service provider
- Experience with IT and ideally also with Enterprise IT
- Very reliable and well organised
- Flexibility in relation to new tasks
- Very good, serious and safe appearance in the business environment
- Very good communication skills and organisational talent
- Good English (approx. 50% of communication in English)
