HR Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the monthly payroll submission for employees, ensuring all data is accurate
  • Invoice preparation and payment
  • HR administration
  • Business Trip administration
  • Staff Travel administration
  • recruitment
  • UK Visa for expatriates from Japan and other countries
  • Administration of various benefit
  • Manage pension (incl Automatic Enrolment compliance)
  • Conduct monthly timestamp reviews
  • Defined Benefit pension administration
  • Provide expert and professional service on Human Resources issues and support business
  • Carry out other duties provided, that are within the general level of responsibility of the duties set out above and within the abilities

 

Requirements:

  • Office administration experience, preferably HR related but not essential
  • Numeracy skill – some payroll experience is desirable but not essential
  • Native level of English in oral and writing/reading
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • A team player, flexible attitude, excellent communication skills
  • Understanding/interests in Japanese is a plus

 

Conditions:

  • Start as a 2 years contract with potential to become a permanent employment
  • Salary: £23,000 – 28,000 per annum (including discretionary bonus)
  • Location: City
  • Working hour: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
