Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the monthly payroll submission for employees, ensuring all data is accurate
- Invoice preparation and payment
- HR administration
- Business Trip administration
- Staff Travel administration
- recruitment
- UK Visa for expatriates from Japan and other countries
- Administration of various benefit
- Manage pension (incl Automatic Enrolment compliance)
- Conduct monthly timestamp reviews
- Defined Benefit pension administration
- Provide expert and professional service on Human Resources issues and support business
- Carry out other duties provided, that are within the general level of responsibility of the duties set out above and within the abilities
Requirements:
- Office administration experience, preferably HR related but not essential
- Numeracy skill – some payroll experience is desirable but not essential
- Native level of English in oral and writing/reading
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- A team player, flexible attitude, excellent communication skills
- Understanding/interests in Japanese is a plus
Conditions:
- Start as a 2 years contract with potential to become a permanent employment
- Salary: £23,000 – 28,000 per annum (including discretionary bonus)
- Location: City
- Working hour: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
