An excellent opportunity for those who has strong knowledge and experience within Asian Foods industries in the UK.
We are currently looking for a Customer Development Executive within one of leading Asian Foods manufacturing/trading companies.
Role profile:
An integral role in the UK Sales team, to drive sales through increasing listing and frequency of purchase of the company’s products in the key channels of Japanese and Asian Restaurants / Asian Retailers through a combination of implementing the company’s channel strategy and developing local initiatives.
Job Description:
- Secure new listings with existing and new customers both in London and the wider country
- Agree and implement sales driving activity
- Introduce new products and concepts to customers
- Play an integral role in developing the Channel and country strategy through identifying trends, gathering and analysing Data
- Working closely with and support colleagues in the UK and European Sales Teams
Requirements:
- Proven sales skills, preferably within wholesaler/FMCG industries
- Knowledge of the UK Food service Market
- Strong communication, organisational and relationship building skills
- Ability to organise own working schedule and self-motivation
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage with the customers
- Proficiency in both spoken and written in English
- Knowledge of Japanese and/or Chinese restaurants/cuisine
- Full clean driving license
Conditions:
- Salary – £30-35,000 per annum
