Assistant/Floor Manager is required urgently for a rapidly growing Japanese restaurant chain in central London.
Duties :
– Understanding the concept of the restaurant and exemplifying its style
– Leading and ensuring the basics (smile, greeting, responding, organization, safety, house rules, etc.)
– Store management and cooperating between factory & finance department
– Dealing with issues and complaints during the operating hours (employees, customers, equipment, products and supplies)
– Cash management-
– HR management (human resources, Overtime control, recruitment, training, evaluation)
– Ingredients & products control/cost control
– Quality assurance (products, taste, delivery time, temperature, allergies)
– inventory control
– Outlet Equipment and supplies management (reporting, contacting, discussing & problem solving)
– Information management (own store, neighboring properties, planning, proposing new ideas)
– Marketing activities including research and public relations
– Monthly micro-management based on forecast P/L (including revenue, number of customers, average spending, cost rate, labor cost, utilities, supplies etc.)
– Liaising with parent company (new business development, management, proposals, Monthly Report)
– Understanding & updating of MOM, NEA, licenses rules & regulations
