Job Title: Management Reporting Europe
Reporting to: Director Management Accounting

Purpose of Role

Develop the consolidated financial report for the Europe office, reporting & communication with HQ in Japan, support of budget making process for Europe Strengthen management and internal control including subsidiaries’ operation and their financial reports.

Responsibilities
1. Group accounting for closing quarterly  consolidated financials
– Quarterly consolidation package report for the company’s consolidation
2. Support budget making process for Europe and take responsibility for consolidated budget numbers
– Controlling and coordinating monthly budget
3. Monthly (managerial) consolidated financial closing as total Europe
Ensures and coordinates Monthly Financials from each sales subsidiaries,
– Monthly close of consolidated financials
– Accruals and pre-payments booked at the company level
4. Support and coordinate reporting to HQ
– Monthly reporting and other reporting request from HQ
5. Management , internal control and Pan-Europe tasks
– Supporting tasks under management accounting team
– Supporting and managing subsidiaries’ operation and accounting

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualification, skills and experience
Required:
• Must be fluent in Japanese and English (verbal and written)
• Consolidation Accounting for multiple subsidiaries
• Previous finance responsibility
• Familiar with SAP accounting modules SD, FI, MM, CO & CONS
