Innovative Pan Asian Pastry Chef is required for a trendy fine dining restaurant in Central London.
Under the general guidance of the Head Chef, to manage the Pastry section and participate in the food production. Ensures that the function provides the highest food quality consistent with cost control and profitability margins; hence maximise guest satisfaction and food profitability.
2/3 years experience in as a Pastry Chef in a high volume and busy city centre restaurant is essential, you must demonstrate effective organisational skills and the ability to use initiative. Clearly customer focused, with excellent leadership skills, and a positive and progressive outlook.
We are looking for an individual who is able to show his passion every day at every moment of the shift, have a high standards and can-do working ethics.
Also you must have volume experience and knowledge of Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisine.
The salary: up to £25,000 per year (depending on skills and experience)
You will be required to work for 48 hours per week.
