Our client, a Cosmetics brand operating worldwide, is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic marketing and media plans across distribution channels for brand awareness and sales growth.
The job holder will play a key role within small organisation, working in close partnership with a Trade Marketing Manager and Retail team as well as PR manager.

Job description:
- Development and execution of annual and seasonal marketing calendar including product launches, promotional activities, sampling initiatives, media & ad support and events.
- Creating and proposing a short-term and mid-term strategy with an optimal campaign mix (media & promotion mix) within the set budget
- Planning, presenting, and implementing promotional and media support (social media, online and off-line) with clear objectives, KPIs, and timelines
- Proposing and leading marketing campaigns
- Understanding approval process for key campaigns and communicating with HQ with a support of other key stake holders.
- Analysing the effectiveness of campaigns, reporting, and pro-actively revising plans
- Analysing and interpreting sales data
- Presenting Marketing Calendars and key campaigns to key retail partners.
- Understanding and reviewing pricing strategies
- Overseeing social media team
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in beauty marketing, preferably premium makeup brands or skincare brands with colour cosmetics
- Experience in creating strategic marketing calendars and decks with clear objectives
- Digital advertising handling experience
- Social Media understanding
- Hands-on and being able to perform within a limited budget
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Experience with key UK and International beauty retailers
- Strong understanding of luxury competitors’ activities, customers, and marketplace.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking and excellent project management skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills a must
- Self-starter and positive team player
- Multi-cultural
- Flexible and out-of-box thinker

- Salary – Negotiable depending on experience, up to 50K, can be an Assistant Manager level to start with
