Our Client is the world’s 4th biggest boiler company and launched its UK business in November 2014. They are currently based in Surrey and need a full/part time Accounts Administrator who has a degree level or equivalent of accounting in the UK.
Applicants will be responsible for general Accounts Receivable and Payable duties. It will include processing invoices, posting transactions to SAP and other administration duties as required by the Company.
Key Skills / Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Educated to degree level or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years of accounts or financial administration experience
Analytical, organised and good attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office packages, in particular Excel (V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables)
Good time management
Ability to complete tasks to deadlines and under pressure
Contract Type: Full/Part time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 20-25 hours per week from 1pm to 5pm (Part-time)
