French speaking office manager/management trainee

London | £20-30K/year | Ref. VAC-12257

Office Manager/Management Trainee is required for Japanese fast food chain in Central London.

You’ll be a motivated self-starter, able to identify what needs to be done to keep the office running efficiently and provide all round support to the wider team when required. It is essential that you have excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive hands-on approach to getting things done.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting Directors where possible, supporting the team at a broader level to ensure best use of their time
  • Participating in the creation of policies and procedures for the office including updating to reflect frequent updates
  • Maintaining records as required with overall responsibility for record management
  • Event coordination and management when required
  • Supplier liaison
  • Managing supplies of stationery, kitchen etc
  • Managing maintenance of office equipment
  • Liaising with external accountants
  • Processing invoices

Experience Required

  • 1 + years’ relevant work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English & French
  • UK and France Accounting & Tax knowledge
  • Organised and flexible with ability to prioritise a changing to do list
  • Must be proactive, resourceful and diligent
  • Flexible, reliable and willing to take on more as the role grows

Working Hours: 9:30 – 17:30
Salary: £20-30K (depends on skills and experience)
