Japanese speaking sales administrator

Japan’s food processing conglomerate is looking to recruit a sales administrator to join its UK branch.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Trading Clerk
– Contacting our suppliers in Europe for export documentation both by email and phone in English
– Communicating with our clients in Japan and other Asian countries for coordinating their requirements
– Managing shipping schedule to observe due date
– Inputting data accurately and promptly into accounting system (Sage) and issue invoices

Support for Domestic and European Sales
– Receiving orders from our customers and forwarding it to our suppliers in English
– Supporting our members of sales staff upon request of them

General Affairs in the Office
– Receiving and filtering incoming phone calls
– Arranging delivery couriers

Person specification
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
– Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills both in Japanese and English with business manners

EXPERIENCE
– Work experience in office environment or trading industry would be an advantage

KNOWLEDGE
– General computer skills : Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
– Dealing with high volumes of emails and documents accurately in a timely manner
– Passion for involving food industry
– Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members
