E-Commerce and Administrator, Japanese speaker

An excellent opportunity for those who would like to gain wide range of administrative experience within small operation team.

We’re currently recruiting an Office administrator/Marketing to join a small and friendly office.

The position will deal with wide range of office administrative duties including E-commerce and PR management, translation (J-E) and trademark management.

Due to the nature of the role, native level of English AND advanced level of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) is mandatory.

 

Job descirption:

– EC Business and PR Management

  • Support to run the EC sites (graphic design, data upload, daily activities, organising product launches and promotions)
  • Customers data control, support and Dispatch management
  • Communicate and develop plans with other companies and groups
  • Produce content and run SNS and email magazine
  • Documents design

– Translation

  • Translate emails, product information, marketing material and other documents (Japanese to English and vice versa)

– Trademark management supports

  • Manage the trademark database
  • Organise trademark applications and renewals
  • Detect and resolve trademark infringement issues
  • Work with other companies on approved trademark use

– Other general ad-hoc duties when required

 

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Native level of English AND Advanced level of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
  • Intermediate user of the design tools (illustrator and photoshop)
  • A team player, flexible to wide range of tasks, positive attitude to learn new knowledge
  • Bachelor degree preferable, A level and above is required

 

Conditions:

  • Salary – £22,000 per annum
  • Working hour – 9:00 to 5:00
  • Location – West London
  • Annual leave 30days (including Bank holiday)
