We’re currently looking for a Japanese speaking Sales Administrator for a Japanese trading company in Kent.
- Provide administrative support for sales team, such as creating quotations, contracts, checking delivery, inventory check.
- Handle enquiries from clients/suppliers over the phone/emails
- Communicate with Head office (in Japan), clients, suppliers as well as internal team in the office, in order to produce business revenues and develop new business.
- Other ad-hoc duties such as answering calls, filing, sorting mails and so on.
- Office administration, sales administration experience within manufacturer/trading company or other office environment
- Business level of Japanese and English are mandatory
- Proficient user of Microsoft office
- Team player, working proactively and willing to challenge new area
- Salary – £20-25K/year, depending on exeprience
