Sales Administrator (WFH and Office)

We’re recruiting a Japanese speaking Sales Administrator.

Job description:

  • Sales Administrative duties – issuing Invoices, checking data accuracy in orders and invoices, maintaining database, creating monthly sales report
  • Supporting the implementation of the organisational change such as structural, cultural and business planning change
  • Liaising with internal and group companies with timely manner
  • Other ad-hoc duties such as training new staff, setting the meetings, taking minutes

 

Requirements:

  • Business level of Japanese and English are mandatory
  • Strong Excel and other software tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player, good relationship building skills internally and externally

 

Conditions:

  • Salary – £25K/year
  • Location – London, can combine with WFH
