We’re recruiting a Japanese speaking Sales Administrator.
Job description:
- Sales Administrative duties – issuing Invoices, checking data accuracy in orders and invoices, maintaining database, creating monthly sales report
- Supporting the implementation of the organisational change such as structural, cultural and business planning change
- Liaising with internal and group companies with timely manner
- Other ad-hoc duties such as training new staff, setting the meetings, taking minutes
Requirements:
- Business level of Japanese and English are mandatory
- Strong Excel and other software tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player, good relationship building skills internally and externally
Conditions:
- Salary – £25K/year
