Passionate, ambitious and qualified Pastry Chef are required for a unique London Restaurant with its roots firmly in traditional Japanese cuisine, along with subtle glimpses of more modern gastronomic techniques. There have been great reviews following its opening.
As Pastry Chef, you will
- have knowledge of all aspects of patisserie
- work with the Head Chef to create new ideas for the dessert menu.
- be responsible for costing, ordering, stock control and training the junior pastry chef under your wing.
