Stationery Products Junior Export Sales Executive, Redditch ( 営業/マーケティング/販促 )

Redditch-based Japanese manufacturer of creative pens, markers and craft products are currently recruiting for a Junior Export Sales Executive to join its Sales team.

Reporting to the Managing Director the candidate will be mainly responsible for :

  • Managing existing accounts, maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone and email.
  • To be proactive in constantly identifying sales opportunities with existing customers
  • Reviewing your own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Searching for and generating new leads and converting those leads into new business

*Some international travel may be required

Working Hours: Mon-Thu 8:30-17:00, Fri 8:30-13:30

Annual Holiday Entitlement: 20 days + all UK bank holidays

Other Benefits:Companywide Annual Bonus and Auto Enrolment Pension

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and in using the internet for research purposes
  • Ability to speak a European Language is an advantage
  • Previous experience of Pegasus Opera would be useful, but is not essential as any necessary training will be given.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent time and account management skills
  • Ability to work on his/her own initiative

We’re currently looking for a Research assistant/PA to work for governmental body.

 

Job description:

  • General office administration – documentation, answering calls and visitors, general affairs.
  • Research assistant – gathering information from website/conference under manager’s supervisory
  • Liaison – communicating and liaising with governmental bodies and related organisation
  • Coordination – business travel arrangement, meeting arrangement, schedule management

 

Requirement:

  • Administrative skills such as Microsoft office
  • Research skills
  • Flexibility to work within small office
  • Japanese language (at least Intermediate level)

 

Conditions:

  • Salary – £20-24,000 / year depending on experience
  • Working hour – 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday
  • Location – Central London
