The 1998 Act provides for
regulation of the processing of information relating to data about living
people through which they may be individually identified. The Act
implements an EU Directive the purpose of which is to protect a person’s
fundamental rights and freedoms, notably their right to privacy.
The Act regulates the processing of personal information which will
be processed by Access Appointments staff. All candidates and client details
will be held on Access Appointments database.

We will collect your Personal Data in
order to help the recruitment process. This data will include all
information which is provided to us on a CV e.g. full name, address,
contact numbers, email and date of birth. We may pass your skill
information on to third parties but only with your consent. All other
personal and confidential information may be passed on during the
interview or placement process. We will also from time to time need to
take references or credit checks and other lawful checks. |

We are required by law to hold your
Personal and Confidential information for as long as necessary and we
may contact you from time to time to ensure that we have all your
current details. If we are unable to contact you within the period of
one year because your details on the database are incorrect or out of
date, we may archive or delete your record. |

It is in your interest to keep us
updated with all your current details so that the information that we
hold is accurate and up to date. However if you wish to have your
details deleted from the Access Appointments please inform Access
Appointments in writing. |

to upholding all data protection principles in accordance to the Data
Protection Act 1998. |

All Client Company information will
be held on our database and will only be available to Acess Appointments
staff. |

date wherever possible. Access Appointments may contact you from time to
time to ensure that all client company details are current and up to
date. If you wish to notify us of any changes or wish for details to be
deleted from our records please inform Access Appointments in writing. |

When you submit a job vacancy to
Access Appointments, unless instructed not to do so in writing, we may
post the specified job spec on to job vacancies boards including on our
website. |

If the client should engage with a
candidate provided by Access Appointments, we may need to collect and
hold data on credit-worthiness and financial information about your
company for accounting purposes. |
